Could not of tomado por a better hotel& location! I was leary.. but was pleasantly surprised..Reception was great and Room was exceptional…had all the amenidades sharp and yet comfy decor and most outstanding was with Balcony upclose views of Eiffel Tower…Got to purchase local cheese and wine and sit on balcony and just feel absolutely the amazing and Hotel raj Mahal. As well, great location for transportation and River access/ boat tours etc.

It has a wonderful and feel vibe. We also had a wonderful lunch there. It is a busy area and about 1 hour from the airport. Lots to do around. Everyone was very friendly.

Book and paid 6 nights for the view and paid for the room with Eiffel Tower view. On arrival there was a door man but didn’t assist. The check in processs was extremely slow. It was a flat out no with out even a segunda. We received our room which had a view but had to really make an Day. Went back down and asked the guy ( basically usted because we paid for it). One night we fell ill and ordered room service. It was about 9.45pm. The person on the phone took our order and said 20-25mins. I was a bit shocked and repeated the conversation but that was it-kitchen closed.The hotel looked ok and generally service its purpose. It was an experience to see the tower, but really to fully apreciar it-it’s better to book opposite side of river to experience full pleasant view. At this hotel u are on a sight angle. This is based on our experience this time.

Recently spent 3 nights in this great modern hotel. Check in was quick, prompt and friendly. Issue with room rectified and promptly courteously by Puhsmann. Thank you. Porter was also most helpful. Our room is a good size with balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Great views.Bed and pillows most comfortable and clean towels supplied each day. Minimal storage space in the very large bathroom and space is hanging limited in the main room. The safe is at floor level. Plenty of restaurants in the area. We found the room service sadly lacking. Teabags were not replenished during the room sevice. When we returned about 2 hours later, nothing there. I went down alrededor de las 7.30pm and was told if I could wait 15-20 minutos they would be delivered. By las 9.30pm still nothing. Porter was prompt in collecting our luggage, and Kouadi was most efficient in us checking out.

Once you take your eyes off the Eiffel Tower (and the view is espectacular I give them that), you see that the carpet is filthy… so bad I would not take my pantuflas off. Stains en todas partes!!! Well overdue for replacement or cleaning. The bathroom was also filthy, the more I looked the more I found that disgusted me. -But-the hotel handled it very well, they immediately moved us to a new room, on a floor above which was so much cleaner-almost a different hotel! Although the carpet was still disgusting. They need to sack quienquiera is limpieza de habitaciones on level 7 and get rid of all the carpets!!! 10/10 for friendly, hotel service, increĆ­ble ubicaciĆ³n, jaw dropping views, great restaurant on site and even a gift delivered to our room as an apology. All in all, a good stay if we had only been given the second room when we first arrived!

The staff at the Pullman hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. The location was great although I had hoped that we would be able to see the effel tower directly put of our window but we had to go onto the balcony to get any view.

Great location! We had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony- so beautiful and worth the money for the upgrade. The concierge was so helpful. The room was spacious and clean. No complaints!
