The resort sits on a gorgeous beach (Playa Azul), where you are able to snorkel, dive, jet skiing, etc.. The staff are super friendly and are always keen to assist with whatever you want and answer inquiries. We stayed in the honeymoon package and had a gorgeous room overlooking over the sea. The rooms were clean and quiet and quite spacious. Snorkeling shrewd, we watched a great deal of value while sea animals, including two kinds of moray eels, 10+ beams, barracuda, among others.

I’d read lots of the reviews before choosing to remain here for a week at the start of November. Throughout my stay the resort was largely deserted because we had been there in the conclusion of non season. This was fantastic for us since we felt as though we owned the area. The beach was amazing with amazing views of the sunset. The staff was quite attentive and brought us drinks instantly. The beach chairs were quite comfy. I would read a few earlier reviews that complained about the”rocky shore area”. It is not rock, it is coral reefs, lol, and that’s exactly what the entire island is constructed from. Therefore don’t let this frighten you away from this jewel. There’s a recreational place next door which contains zip lines and water . UNFORTUNATELY this was just for cruise ship travelers. I was somewhat frustrated when I asked the front desk about the recreational place they did not inform me it was just for cruise ship travelers. I’d certainly stay here again! Do not forget to have a look at the massive tree in the front of the resort. There are scores of turtles round the tree which you are able to feed. Simply ask the kitchen for trash fruit plus they will provide you a bag full that the turtles are running for! It is pretty funny. There are numerous restaurants in walking distance. But in the event that you would like to visit centro you will want to have a 95 peso cab ride. Purchase pesos!

Staying in Cozumel is an incredible experience. There are so many options that you can find the style you want. Five-star hotel? Yes, there are. Boutique and intimate hotel? Yes, there are. When we were in the pool with the kids, I heard two people talk about a popular snorkeling tour. But, I don’t know what are the playa del carmen snorkeling locations near to my hotel. So, I’ll try that in some other time. People say it is beautiful. It’s what I love about Cozumel. Playa Azul is an incredible hotel. I went there with my family. The employees are friendly, the check-in fast, and the rooms very comfortable – a recommended place for Cozumel visitors.

My Spouse and I stayed at Playa Azul at Cozumel for 6 nights. Cannot say enough great things about the resort. Fantastic beach, friendly staff, fantastic food and beverages. The shore area is magnificent and we’re always able to locate seats on the beach. Great snorkeling from this shore too. As soon as we go back to the island we’ll surely stay here again.

We just stayed here 1 night. The rooms were clean and spacious. The mattress was very comfy. I really like that they supplied big pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion from the chambers. The view was stunning from our area 304. The lift was broken during our stay, which was not any big deal b/c we didn’t have a lot of luggage and are absolutely capable of stairs, but might be a problem if you’re unable to take the staircase. It was a wonderful buffet and there was an omelette station, two waffle makers for its team to turn you into a waffle. The food was quite good. We didn’t get drinks from the Tiki Hut pub, but it was fine it had been right there on the shore. Right next door was a location they’d guided diving directly in front of the resort for an extra charge. All this, only steps from the resort. There were a few areas that could use some paint and decorative fixes, but complete, clean and comfy. We had a terrific time in Cozumel and eating in the town for tasty food which has been priced very fair! We had dinner in La Mission for 3 people for about $35 and Ambar $29. The food was absolutely delicious therefore it was nice there wasn’t a restaurant on land. My only disappointment was that there wasn’t a gym, which isn’t a deal breaker on vacation. We’d stay here again.

Cozumel is an island using a number of options. The Playa Azul resort is where to stay. If you prefer personal attention and service with a fresh and lovely intimate setting hotel look no where else. It was our first trip and it blew our thoughts. We witnessed outstanding service by the team, the proprietor Fernando and director Francisco attend your every demand. They arranged for a private dinner for the daughters birthday cake and all of the bells and whistles. Service you’ll get no where else. A number of the team we made friends with showed us around the city on their day away. A courtesy you never see in different areas. We’ll be back only because of these and their lodging.

As soon as we get off a cruise we constantly go here for lounge chairs, food and beverages. The view is great and the food selection is excellent as well as beverages. The staff is so attentive and helpful. There’s a pool on the premises also in the event that you don’t need to venture on the rocky shore. This place is crucial. Just a 5/person can ride out of the interface.

Everything is neat and clean. Staff is exceptional anxious to please. Beautiful views sea is 100 ft away. Breakfast buffet is big and delicious. Quiet friendly respectful audience here and there’s a really large repeat trip after. If peace and quiet are the thing, don’t miss this one.
